My wife Cheryl and I, I'm Ray, travel all over Amador County. We look for the old places of interest that have history around them.

Some times we can't find any history in some areas of the county, even when we go to the archives to look.

A friend of ours, Larry Cenotto, the historian of Amador County has all most all the history they is hereabout, there is always more to be found.
