Banicevich Home

In the 1881 Thompson and West county history, this lithograph by Britton and Rey of San Francisco, is described as the "residence of D.B. Spagnoli."

The Banicevich place is one of a half dozen Jackson homes that dates from the 1950s. More over, its list of owners reads like a "Who's Who" of Amador County's nineteenth century bar! The rest of the story can be read in Larry Cenotto's "Logan's Alley, Vol III"
