  • Sutter Creek Brewery, California

The Sutter Creek Bewery in 1891. The brewery was owned and operated by John Raddatz, he was known around the area as the "Brewery Man".

Today, this site is a glass blowing business. The original remains (Brick Building) is what is left of the old brewery.

Here you see the outside wall (from inside the coragated building attached). Notice the masonary and steel shutters.

    The old door entrance way.

    Excerpt Ledger Dispatch - Feb 3, 1905
John Raddatz, the brewery man, is in San Francisco under the care of a specialist for long-standing ailments. He hopes to be back soon fully recovered.
